By accessing or using the Duitvest platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Duitvest is a global digital financial ecosystem operating since 2024, providing professionally managed wealth solutions, digital financial services, wallet infrastructure, referral systems, and investment technology for users across multiple countries.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Duitvest. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided through the platform.

To use Duitvest, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your country of residence. KYC requirements vary by country and are managed via Command Center.

By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each individual may maintain only one Duitvest account unless country policy allows otherwise.

Duitvest offers professionally managed wealth solutions with defined terms, transparent distributions, duration, and capital return terms as configured in Command Center. Each plan has a distinct investment focus per the Wealth Plans specification.

Once you confirm a wealth solution, the stated terms are locked for the duration. Funds committed are managed according to the plan's fixed terms. Distributions are per selected plan and capital is returned at maturity according to the plan.

You may fund your wallet through payment methods enabled for your country — Bank Transfer, Bitcoin, Card Top-up — as configured in Command Center Payment Methods. All deposits are processed via compliant gateways.

At maturity, your principal plus earned distributions is credited to your wallet automatically per plan terms. You may start a new plan or withdraw per country withdrawal settings.

Distributions and total returns are governed solely by the plan's configured fixed terms and are not guaranteed market returns.

Withdrawals can only be made from available wallet funds. Funds allocated to active wealth solutions cannot be withdrawn until maturity per plan. Withdrawal limits are per country as configured via Global Platform Settings.

Duitvest does not charge account maintenance fees unless configured in Platform Settings. Third-party charges from banks or processors are outside our control.

When using Duitvest, you agree not to use the platform for illegal financial activity, provide false information, manipulate platform operations, create multiple accounts in violation of policy, or violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by Duitvest or its licensors. You may not copy or create derivative works without permission.

Duitvest provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability shall not exceed the distributions earned on active wealth solutions during the preceding 30 days, subject to applicable law.

All investment technology involves risk. Returns are determined by fixed plan terms, not market guarantees. Users should consider their own financial circumstances.

You may close your account at any time via support. Active wealth solutions must mature before full closure unless policy allows otherwise. Duitvest reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations or compliance requirements.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through internal complaint resolution via info.duitvest.com. If unresolved, governing law and jurisdiction shall be determined by your country of residence and the office location handling your account, as listed in the corporate presence below, subject to applicable financial regulations and applicable data protection laws.

This approach ensures disputes are resolved under appropriate local legal frameworks rather than a single jurisdiction, reflecting Duitvest's global nature as a digital financial ecosystem operating since 2024.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance.
